San Jose Pacific Outreach Health Fair

VN CARES is excited to share the success of our recent Pacific Outreach Health Fair at the Santa Teresa Branch Library Community Room in San Jose. The event was a great success, with 94 patients attending and benefiting from our free health screenings. We offered cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure, and bone mineral density screenings, as well as health education sessions. Our team, along with the help of preceptors, committees, translators, volunteers, and vendors, ensured that everyone received the necessary support and information. We want to thank everyone who participated, spread the word, and helped make this event possible, specifically the Santa Teresa Branch Library for allowing us to host our health fair. We hope to return to serve the San Jose community again next year!
